An Anomaly for Sure

I was driving on US Hwy 82 this morning and passed a woman in a SUV that did not, repeat did not have a cell phone glued to her ear.  What can we logically deduce from this anomaly?

Her cell phone was out of order because:

1.  Forgot to charge it.

2.  Phone dropped dead due to a malfunction.

3.  All her friends are mad at her and won't accept her calls.

4.  Service disconnected due to non-payment.
